Thursday, October 19, with an 8pm orientation, and an 8:30pm start time
Laughter Yoga, with instructor, David Dodge

Laughter yoga is a series of techniques and playful group interactions that stimulates deeper breathing, healthier immune systems and a general sense of well being. Rooted in ancient yogic and tantric practices it has recently been popularized globally by Madan Kataria a Mumbai-based family physician turned “giggling guru”.

In the Cold Storage session we will harness the group’s creative energy to generate laughter without the use of humor. By literally embodying the mechanics of various forms of laughter we will synergistically create all the positive effects of real laughter and in the end we will really be laughing.

Please be sure to bring several layers of warm clothing and a yoga mat or blanket to lie down on.

Come prepared to laugh!
