PROPOSALS:
Thank you for your interest in participating in Cold Storage. Many great proposals are sent every week. To cope with the volume we drew up some loose guidelines that you should include in your email (see Guidlines below).

Please email mp@routesandmethods.org

Guidelines:

1. Subject heading should read:
"Proposal: Project Name/Artist Name"

2. Send us an accurate description of your project at Cold Storage
-If photos or sound can help, feel free to attach
-This would include duration, number of people, etc.

3. Explain to us why this project is important to you.

4. How would you describe Cold Storage ? Why do you want to do this project in this site?

5. There is a risk of losing access to the building due to the advancement of the construction process, such conditions improve our need to be flexible. What are your thoughts about this?

6. Typically, Cold Storage has provided the venue, lighting and electricity. Is there anything that you will need to facilitate your project?

7. At the current moment, we are entertaining project proposals for inside the structure, in the parking lot, and on the street outside of the fence.

Thank you.

PROPOSALS:
As of September 2007 the construction is so nearly done that any proposals must evaluate the high unlikelyhood of the current situation before sending them to us. We are up for proposals, but how oh how can we do something?

Below were the guidelines prior to September 2007
